School Premises Team Administrator
Salary: IC3 Scale (Points 2–6)
FTE £28,221 – £29,856 (Actual salary £4,144 – £4,384)
Hours:
Part-time – 6 hours per week
Ideally 2 hours across 3 days (Monday, Wednesday, Friday), although hours are open for discussion
Working Pattern:
Term time only (including pro rata INSET days) plus 1 additional week (3 working days) during school holidays
Total: 40 working weeks per year

Reporting to: School Premises Manager
We are seeking a well-organised and reliable individual to join our School Premises team in an administrative capacity. This is a part-time role offering flexibility in working hours, ideal for someone looking to contribute to a busy and supportive school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for all administrative duties associated with the School Premises team, including but not limited to:
- Managing bookings for external lettings
- Handling email correspondence
- Processing invoicing
- Managing renewals of policies and memberships
- Filing and maintaining organised records
- Supporting with rotas
- Ensuring accurate record-keeping in line with school requirements
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and attention to detail to play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the school’s premises function.
