37 hours per week, term time plus inset days

Are you friendly, organised and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Main Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our busy and successful secondary school.

As the first point of contact for visitors, parents, contractors and external agencies, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and professional impression of the school. You will provide a warm welcome, manage the school's main reception area, answer and direct telephone enquiries, oversee visitor sign-in procedures and ensure safeguarding protocols are adhered to at all times.

The role also includes coordinating meeting rooms and facilities for external visitors, supporting school events and providing administrative assistance to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school's front office.
