We have opportunities for you to specialise in the School Age SEND who are responsible for children and young people age 5 – 19 with an EHCP who attend a school.
About the role
Our SEND Review Officers work collaboratively with professionals across education, health and care services, to ensure effective case management, integrated working practice and successful outcomes for children.
This includes recording annual reviews, deciding the content and amendments where required, and communicating with professionals where required to seek outstanding information indicated. Also, inputting and maintaining accurate and comprehensive database records.
About you
Essential:
- Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent
- Experience reflecting knowledge of SEND
- Accuracy and attention to detail
Desirable
- Previous experience of working with families/young people/early years
