You should also be willing and able to assist with the training and supervision of our Trainee RBI in conjunction with our other Senior Surveyor and the Class 3G-H Registered Building Inspector.

In recent years Burnley has seen significant economic and housing growth and an effective highly competitive Building Control Service is at the heart of the Council’s vision to make Burnley the first choice for business investment and as a place to live. An effective team of Registered Building Inspectors is the foundation of delivering a quality Building Control Service for residents and business in the Town.

It is essential you have RBI level 2a-2f and have a thorough knowledge of Building Regulations and associated legislation.
