Job description

In addition to the salary, this role attracts enhanced payments, which include:

  • Time and a half for all weekend hours.
  • Time and a third for weekdays hours worked between 20.00 and 23.00 (late shifts end at 23.00).

The senior care assistants play a vital role in leading a shift and ensuring residents are supported to live their best possible lives.

Are you an experienced care assistant / worker looking for a new challenge and progressing your career in adult social care? Or are you an existing senior care assistant / worker looking for a new challenge? If so, we have an opportunity that will take you to the next step on your career ladder.

Your wealth of knowledge and experience to support and lead a shift team in delivering high quality care and support that enables residents to achieve the best quality of life. You will work as and when on a rota shift pattern to include weekend working.

Casual Contracts: We do consider requests for different working hours, or casual work patterns. Please highlight this on your application if you would like us to consider this.
