We are looking to recruit a Senior Database Engineer on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Database Engineering Manager, this is a key role within the Cloud function.
This is a highly technical role and you will be responsible for the operational excellence and delivery of on-premise and in cloud database services. You will play a key role in the end to end delivery of complex database solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Senior Database Engineer. Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL are desired, along with experience of working with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS or Azure.
- Experience working as a Senior/ Lead Database Engineer.
- A proven track record of working with Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL.
- Knowledge of working with Cloud Platforms such as GCP, AWS or Azure.
- A strong working knowledge of Linux would be advantageous.
- Awareness of IaC, Terraform, GIT, Ansible or Puppet would be advantageous.
