Hybrid Working

Join the Money and Pensions Service (MaPS) as our Senior Employee Experience Manager and play a pivotal role in embedding the leadership ecosystem, strengthening performance and shaping what it truly feels like to work here. This is a high-impact opportunity to help make leadership and employee experience more consistent, meaningful and effective across the organisation.

Why This Role Matters

This role exists to make a noticeable step change in how leadership and employee experience are felt at MaPS. You will lead the embedding of the People Story, Leadership Competency Framework and People Leader Playbook so they become part of how MaPS works day to day, not something we launch and move on from.

You will provide senior leadership across the Employee Experience team, bringing together engagement and colleague voice, performance, learning alignment, inclusion and wellbeing into one joined-up system. Working closely with senior leaders and People & Culture colleagues, you will help ensure colleagues experience a coherent, practical and credible offer.

Key areas of focus include embedding the leadership ecosystem, strengthening objective setting and performance conversations, stewarding the lived employee value proposition, managing external partners effectively, identifying experience friction points early and using meaningful insight to track progress and inform action.
