Salary: Starting from £48,691 per annum (London weighted salary) or £42,668 per annum (Regional salary), dependant on experience

Your impact in the role:
Reporting to a Finance Manager you will be responsible for supporting them in ensuring the team provides a comprehensive range of financial services and provides strategic financial oversight in the relevant area of the Financial Strategy, Planning and Performance team.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities (across both Senior Finance Analyst roles):
- Provide strategic financial support and partner with budget holders across the business, delivering insightful management information, strengthen relationships between finance and operational teams, and enable informed decision-making.
- Help in the preparation of management and statutory accounts, monitoring KPIs and advising on business performance. Contribute to the review and improvement of finance processes and compliance with financial regulations.
What you'll bring:
- Academic & professional qualifications: Finalist or part qualified with a recognised accounting body
- Experience: Experience working in Finance in Housing/Property/Construction and/or a large complex organisation.
- Communication & collaboration: Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills, with proven business partnering experience.
- Organisation and planning: Strong time management, organisational and project management capabilities.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and IT literacy in MS Office for reporting and analysis and Financial Information Systems.
Role specific responsibilities and requirements:
1xSenior Finance Analyst – Business Accounting
You will be a business partner to the finance business partnering functions (Development, Property Services, Customer Services and Corporate Services functions) supporting on the preparation of statutory accounts for subsidiaries and joint ventures (including group consolidations), working closely with external auditors to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. You will take ownership of audit processes, ensuring all schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation are complete and audit-ready.
A strong focus on internal control will be essential, maintaining a robust control environment and proactively identifying and addressing process, risk, and compliance gaps. You will support on continuous improvements to financial systems, workflows, and stakeholder communication to support the wider success of the organisation.
1x Senior Finance Analyst - Corporate Services
This role partners with core business functions including Finance, Governance and HR. It involves working with senior stakeholders, providing insight and financial analysis to drive organisational growth and long-term sustainability. The role supports the delivery of high-quality financial services, aligned with strategic objectives.
The role is responsible for helping to ensure accurate and timely financial information and maintaining strong compliance. It also involves assisting in the management of budgeting processes, periodic financial reporting, financial targets/KPIs, and governance requirements.
