    The role:

    We are looking for a talented and driven Senior Finance Improvement Specialist to join our Finance Improvement team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in improving finance processes, driving efficiency, and delivering measurable improvements across the organisation.

    As a Senior Finance Improvement Specialist, you will lead on delivering insights and designing improvements to financial processes, controls, and reporting. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will identify opportunities to streamline operations, reduce inefficiencies, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead finance improvement initiatives using structured methodologies
    • Identify cost savings and efficiency opportunities
    • Review and map current finance processes
    • Analyse complex data to generate insights
    • Develop business cases and support benefits realisation
    • Engage and influence stakeholders across the organisation

    About you:

    • Extensive experience in finance improvement
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities
    • Degree or equivalent in relevant discipline
