    Senior HR Lead – Pay, Policy & Projects

    The Post

    We are seeking a strategic and experienced HR leader to drive our pay, reward, policy and workforce improvement agenda.

    You will lead complex HR projects, oversee pay governance and job evaluation processes, manage pay audits, and develop a forward-thinking pay and benefits strategy aligned to organisational priorities. You will provide expert advice to senior leaders, work closely with trade unions, and ensure our HR policy framework promotes fairness, legal compliance and equality, diversity and inclusion.

    You will also oversee key HR contracts, manage employee relations frameworks, and line manage a team of 3.

    The Person

    • CIPD Level 7 (or working towards)
    • Significant experience in strategic HR, pay and reward, and employee relations
    • Strong knowledge of pay frameworks, job evaluation and equal pay compliance
    • Proven ability to lead complex projects in a large or public sector organisation
    • Excellent influencing, analytical and leadership skills
