Are you passionate about live performance and ready to take the lead in a vibrant, professional theatre environment? We’re looking for a Senior Lighting Technician to run our lighting department and play a key role in delivering outstanding productions at the Assembly Hall Theatre.


This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the first point of contact for visiting companies, designing and delivering lighting solutions, programming ETC EOS family desks, and leading lighting operations from get-in to get-out. You’ll also mentor technicians and casual workers, ensuring high technical standards and excellent customer service throughout.


We’re looking for an experienced lighting professional with strong EOS programming skills, solid knowledge of DMX and lighting networks, and confidence working at height. You’ll thrive under pressure, work collaboratively, and bring a calm, well-prepared approach to a busy live venue. A genuine passion for theatre and live events is essential.
