Position: Senior Nursery and Care Club Manager
Location: Primary base – Dosthill Nursery and Care Club

Interview Week: week commencing 23rd November 2026

Term Time plus 5 additional training days, Additional hours will be required to work during the school holiday clubs

What We Are Looking For

In addition to meeting the Person Specification, the successful candidate will:

• Have Level 2 qualifications in Maths
• At least 2 years experience of working in an early years setting or have at least two years’ other suitable experience
• Excellent decision-making, leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Be ambitious and driven to make a difference
• Have high aspirations for every child in our Nursery Care Club
• Be committed to ongoing professional learning and development
• Support our relentless drive to provide exceptional care and opportunities for all children
• Be dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children and young people
• A strong track record of delivering excellent customer service and building positive parent relationships
