Salary: from £58,000
As our Senior Occupational Health & Wellbeing Screening Advisor you’ll be responsible for providing a supportive, efficient and proactive occupational health and wellbeing service to our force.
You’ll provide advice and guidance to staff, managers and HR on sickness absence, rehabilitation, workplace adjustments and proactive measures.
What you’ll be doing
- Guide a clinical team providing supervision, performance management and mentoring
- Set up a Wellness Clinic, undertaking the delivery of employee wellbeing and health promotion initiatives
- Oversee requests for advice, using resources and monitoring case loads
The must haves
- Registered nurse and hold a post graduate diploma or undergraduate degree in Occupational Health, NMC level 3
- Experience of working as a Senior Occupational Health and Wellbeing Advisor
- Experience of delivering health promotion campaigns, clinical supervision and governance
