We have an excellent opportunity available for a Senior Performance Analyst to join our Adult Services Team at Wokingham Borough Council, on a full time, permanent basis.

As Senior Performance Analyst, you’ll help people make better decisions across Community Safety and Adult Safeguarding. Your focus will be to design and run, a clear and reliable way of tracking performance for the Wokingham Borough Safer Communities Partnership Board. You’ll provide analysis that is timely, accurate and easy to understand, so it can be used to improve services and plan for the future.

As part of the Development and Insight Team, you’ll support the wider Adult Social Care directorate. You’ll work on a range of data and insight activity that helps teams understand how services are performing, manage risks, and keep making improvements.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an Award-Winning Local Authority, that currently scores as one of the highest in the country following our recent CQC inspection. We were also ranked the 2nd most productive council in England by the Impower Productivity Index, recognising our strong performance and efficient use of public money.

Wokingham Borough Council is proud to support #SocialCareFuture, a movement working to change how we think about social care. Its goal is simple: everyone should be able to live in a place they call home, with the people and things they love, in communities that care and help them do what matters most.

If you are passionate about using insight and analysis to improve services and outcomes for residents, we would welcome your application!
