Derbyshire Central AMHP Team are looking for a an AMHP to Join our team as a Senior Practitioner

As an AMHP in the team you will be regularly contributing to the AMHP rota fulfilling the AMHP role across the whole county. You will also hold a small caseload of people with complex needs, as Social Supervisor for people subject to S37/41 MHA. As a Senior Practitioner in the team you will use leadership skills to advise and support other Local Authority teams and outside organisations with complex case work. This will include acting as a link worker with other mental health social work teams within the local authority and NHS Mental Health Services.

The post will require a commitment to work 5 days out of 7, but currently the work pattern is Monday to Friday.

The job may require unsocial hours working including weekends and Bank Holidays. Payment arrangements will be detailed in any contract offer made.

Saturday and Sunday hours will be paid at plain time where it is part of your normal working pattern unless it is between 7pm and 7am, where enhanced rates of pay apply. Enhanced pay rates are paid for Bank Holiday working.
