Job description
The role
You’ll play an important part in delivering our mission. In this role, you’ll:
- Provide expert guidance: Deliver advice and support on managing records well and in line with policy.
- Manage records lifecycle: Oversee retention and destruction processes to ensure compliance with UK GDPR and information legislation.
- Support business change: Work with project teams and stakeholders to embed records management into new systems and processes.

- Experience delivering records management services and/or compliance.
- Experience delivering records management services and/or compliance.
- Ability to translate technical or legislative requirements into clear, practical guidance for colleagues.
- Strong organisational skills with experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a digital environment.
- IT skills – tell us about when you have administered a system.
- Experience of applying records management theory in practice – tell us how you’ve used your knowledge to ensure records are managed effectively.
