About us

At Southwark, we’re transforming our recruitment service to adopt a better approach to attracting, selecting and retaining top talent. Through the Southwark360 programme, we’re rolling out SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding to deliver a seamless, modern and inclusive hiring experience for applicants, managers, and HR colleagues. This is more than a system change, it’s a shift in how we engage people to join Southwark!

This role is key in shaping user journeys, improving hiring data and making the recruitment experience people focussed. You’ll be part of a collaborative, fast-moving team that values insight, partnership and continuous improvement.

About the role

As a Senior Resourcing Analyst, you’ll act as the lead for recruitment and onboarding design, configuration and rollout. Working with implementation partners and internal teams, you’ll help build workflows that align with our policies, comply with legislation, and enhance the experience for hiring managers and candidates.

You’ll also support data migration while developing dashboards and metrics that help managers and HR colleagues make smarter, evidence-based decisions. This is a hands-on role that blends digital system knowledge with HR policy awareness, requiring excellent analytical skills and a focus on user needs.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Designing and supporting the configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules
  • Leading on cleansing and validating applicant data from legacy systems, in addition to supporting data migration activities
  • Engaging hiring managers and teams to develop user-focused workflows and dashboards
  • Delivering UAT planning, test scripts, issue tracking and change documentation
  • Create user training materials and support ongoing improvements post go-live
  • Work closely with the Business Change team to provide subject matter input on change management deliverables, including impact assessments, stakeholder communications, training needs analysis, and user readiness
  • Contribute to ongoing change-related activities to ensure deliverables reflect operational realities and user needs

About you

You’ll bring a solid understanding of HR systems or ATS platforms, with a strong understanding of how recruitment operates in a large, complex organisation. Your ability to bridge technical detail and human experience will be key to this role’s success.

We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, organised and solutions focused while passionate about using technology to improve people processes. You’ll be comfortable managing technical details while also translating outcomes into user benefits.

To be considered, please include the below details in your application:

  • Experience implementing or maintaining applicant tracking or onboarding systems
  • Familiarity with recruitment compliance including equalities monitoring and GDPR
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with hiring managers
  • Ability to write clear accessible user guidance and deliver system walk-throughs
