Do you have significant structural engineering experience in commercial and residential property?
Are you passionate about delivering first class customer service, experience, and ensuring resilient operations within a commercial property portfolio that includes but is not limited to leisure centres, commercial lets, office units, theatres, and shopping complexes, and residential?
Look no further, we are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team and contribute to the efficient delivery of first-class corporate facilities maintenance services.
As the senior structural engineer, you will principally support the corporate property team in delivering an excellent structural maintenance service, as well as develop, deliver, and oversee repairs and maintenance of our council’s commercial property portfolio. On occasion there will also be the opportunity to support colleagues in the residential team to ensure our housing stock is structurally sound.
Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our commercial facilities are well maintained and operate at their optimum capacity.
This is a diverse role in a busy team and the applicant will need to have significant and broad experience of managing structural issues and requests for reporting, organising inspection schedules and following up actions, repairs and planned maintenance.
