Full-time - 37.5 hours per week

Westcroft is a vibrant supported living service supporting adults with learning disabilities across three main buildings and community homes. Guided by our five corevalues, we work together to create an inclusive, respectful environment where people feel valued, supported and empowered to live as independently as possible.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will balance hands-on support with leadership and administrative responsibilities to help ensure the smooth running of the service.

We are seeking someone who brings:

  • experience in the care or support sector
  • a positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for helping others
  • strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to individual needs
  • flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
  • commitment to equality, diversity, and person-centred care
  • a care certificate or willingness to undertake a care qualification

Shift patterns include:

  • Working Pattern: Includes 2 admin days per week.
  • Shift Times: 7:00am-3:00pm, 7:30am-3:30pm, 8:00am-4:00pm, 12:30pm-8:30pm and 2:00pm-10:00pm.
  • Additional Requirements: Participation in the sleep-in rota (paid at a flat rate of £52.78)

About You

You are kind, adaptable and passionate about helping others thrive. With previous experience supporting people with learning disabilities, you communicate well, work collaboratively and bring a calm, reliable approach.

A full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential.
