Come and join our IT Support team.

Based at our main Council office in Godalming, Surrey, you will be providing technical support to all of Waverley’s IT users, including our remote workers and Councillors.

Our IT Service Desk is the central point of contact when it comes to the functioning of the council. With each day will come a variety of new challenges for you to work on, whilst also being able to liaise and communicate with all departments and members of staff. This role is essential to the functioning of the organisation.

To be successful, you will need previous experience working on an ICT Service Desk, supporting Microsoft Office suites and Operating Systems. You will also demonstrate excellent customer service and written / verbal communication skills.

Salary range

  • £29,951 - £32,033 per year
