Site Assistant at Baden-Powell & St. Peter’s

About the role

We are seeking to appoint a reliable, practical and enthusiastic Site Assistant to join our dedicated team. Working closely with the Site Manager and Operations Manager, you will help ensure that our school site remains safe, secure, clean and well-maintained for pupils, staff and visitors. This is a varied and rewarding role, ideal for someone who enjoys practical tasks, takes pride in maintaining high standards and can work effectively as part of a team.

The successful candidate will assist with site security, health and safety checks, minor repairs, setting up for school events, porterage duties and general maintenance tasks across the school both inside and out.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has practical DIY and maintenance skills.
• Is reliable, organised and self-motivated.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
• Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Understands the importance of safeguarding and site security.
• Is able to undertake the physical aspects of the role.
