Site Manager

Holly House School is seeking a skilled and reliable Site Manager to take pride in the day‑to‑day care, safety and presentation of our school site.

This is a responsible, hands‑on role with a high degree of autonomy. You will oversee the maintenance and security of the buildings and grounds, manage opening and closing routines, supervise cleaning staff, and carry out minor repairs and planned maintenance. You will also work closely with school leaders and external contractors to ensure the site remains safe, compliant and well‑maintained.

The quality of the environment you provide will play a vital role in supporting both children and staff, and in the smooth, effective running of the school.

We are looking for someone practical, organised and dependable, who takes real pride in their work and enjoys being trusted to get things done well.

Training will be provided where required.

Due to this post having access to children and/or vulnerable adults, the successful candidate will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service check.
