Position: Site Manager

Salary: Scale 5, £32,535-£33,987 per annum to be pro rata

Hours of work: 35 per week – Term time plus an additional 6 weeks during school holidays

Contract Term: Permanent

Closing Date: Monday 29th June 2026

Interviews: Wednesday 8th July 2026

Start date : September 2026

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to be responsible for the effective management of the school premises and grounds.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who will:

• Act as a key holder
• Maintain the security of the school buildings and grounds
• Carry out a range of duties including minor repair work to fittings, furniture and non electrical equipment.
• Ensure the premises and grounds are always well maintained.
• Ensure the site provides a clean and safe environment for everyone.
• Supervise other premises staff
• Ensure the school is compliant with all current health and safety legislations.

Do you have:

• Experience of working with primary age pupils
• Good organisation and communication skills
• The ability to work as part of a school team
• A commitment to helping pupils succeed
