The Governors of Greenbank School wish to appoint a permanent full time Site Manager to join our School.

The position is Grade 5, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, which includes a great pension! Actual Salary £25,989

Greenbank School is a purpose-built school for students, age 11 – 18 years, with a range of learning needs: Autism, Social and Communication. Greenbank also has residential provision which is used as a short break educational facility for students who attend Greenbank School.

This will be a demanding, highly rewarding role and the successful candidate will form part of an exceptional team of highly committed and dedicated staff.

The successful candidate will be someone who is able to show initiative to undertake their duties which involve opening up and securing the premises, maintaining and monitoring health and safety regulations, maintaining the buildings and amenities of school affecting all necessary repairs and improvements, supporting the Business Manager with regards to school’s utility usage and carbon footprints, ordering of supplies and identifying training needs of ancillary staff, working alongside the Business Manager to ensure that specified standards are achieved and that contractors compliance is obtained, complete designated cleaning duties as and when required, upkeep to the site and basic maintenance. The candidate will form part of the domestic support team to ensure an efficiently functioning, safe and clean learning environment.
