Site Manager | 37hrs | Perm | To start in November
Due to the retirement of our current Site Manager, the governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dedicated, hardworking and motivated new Site Manager for Gorsewood Primary School.
Duties would include maintenance of the building, carrying out small repairs, cleaning and security of the premises including acting as key holder and responding to emergency call outs.
We are looking for someone who:

- Is flexible and professionally optimistic
- Has high standards and takes pride in their work
- Is able to follow heath and safety policies, procedures and regulations including carrying out risk assessments and record keeping
- Is able to manage, supervise and monitor cleaning staff
- Will work as part of a team and establish positive and effective relationships with all stakeholders
- Will take a full and active part in all aspects of school life and support the inclusive ethos of the school
