Our Superintendent is retiring so we are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working in a caretaking, site management, facilities or maintenance role.
• Possesses practical DIY and repair skills.
• Can work independently and use initiative to solve problems.
• Has experience working effectively as part of a team.
• Can communicate confidently with staff, pupils, parents, contractors and visitors.
• Has an understanding of health and safety procedures.
• Is able to undertake manual handling and move furniture and equipment safely.
• Has basic IT skills such as creating and responding to emails and undertaking online searches for contractors and or equipment
• Can maintain a positive and welcoming environment for all members of the school community.
