We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our Social Work Administration Team. This vital team provides a diverse range of administrative support to social work professionals across Adult Social Care.
About the role:
In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality administrative support to Social Work staff
- Conducting low-level telephone reviews
- Supporting the administration of direct payment services
- Taking accurate minutes at meetings and handling sensitive information with discretion
- Managing data input and system processing with a high degree of accuracy
- Communicate effectively with team members and external partners
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail, with a methodical and organised approach to your work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience taking minutes and handling confidential information appropriately
