Due to internal promotions, we are now seeking applications from Social Workers who are passionate, enthusiastic and genuinely want to make a difference to some of the most vulnerable adults within our community of North East Lincolnshire.
In this role, you will hold a varied caseload from a range of different client groups, with a range of differing needs such as learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health and safeguarding. You will carry our assessments under the Care Act 2014 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005, using creativity to enable individuals to be supporting in their own home or other settings.

You will receive individual supervision, mentorship from colleagues and full support from the wider team.
