
Social Worker
Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for a dedicated experienced Social Worker to join our Adult Social Care and Health team. This is your opportunity to empower individuals, support communities, and safeguard the wellbeing of vulnerable people.
What You’ll Do
- Provide a high-quality social work service that helps individuals and communities achieve their potential.
- Work in partnership with people to assess needs and develop tailored care plans.
- Act as an advocate for vulnerable individuals, ensuring their health and wellbeing.
- Manage a varied caseload and lead on complex cases, including safeguarding and court work.
- Build strong relationships with individuals, families, and partner agencies.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Assessment of need, multi-disciplinary work, and supporting people with emotional, personal, or practical challenges.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to plan and manage your workload effectively.
- Knowledge: Person-centred care planning, risk management, relevant legislation, and welfare benefits.
- Qualifications: BA Honours in Social Work (or equivalent) and current HCPC registration. Grade 11 Social worker or 2 years post qualifying.
