You will work with children of all ages, including pre-birth, conducting child and family assessments and supporting some of our most vulnerable children on child in need and child protection plans. Collaborating with the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) and various agencies, you will identify needs and manage each child’s plan, aiming to foster positive change within their home environment. • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in child protection processes and safeguarding.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess risks and needs effectively.

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:

  • Compassionate Communication: Ability to engage with families and colleagues with empathy and respect.
  • Collaborative Spirit: A team-oriented mindset to work effectively with various agencies.
  • Resilience and Adaptability: Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing demands.

  • Work-life balance: Flexible working arrangements to suit your lifestyle.
  • Generous leave: A competitive annual leave package to recharge and refresh.
  • Community connection: Be part of a team that makes a real difference in the lives of children and families.
