We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Social Workers to join our All Age Disability (AAD) team, delivering vital services to children and young adults aged 0-25 with learning disabilities and other complex needs.
About the role:
In this role, you will carry out Care Act and Children and Families assessments, produce outcome-focused support plans and deliver interventions that safeguard and empower children and young adults.
Our innovative 0-25 AAD model supports you to develop your practice across both adult and children’s legislation. You will benefit from small, supportive teams, manageable caseloads, comprehensive training, reflective group supervision, clinical advice and administrative support.
You will be part of a strength-based model that promotes independence, positive outcomes and the effective use of assistive technology.
About you:
You are a qualified and registered Social Worker with Social Work England, with relevant experience in social work practice.
You possess the professional skills and personal attributes to guide families, navigate complex cases and champion the best outcomes for children and young adults.
You are committed to working in a diverse community, applying a strength-based approach that puts individuals and families at the centre of your practice.

The role

- This is a permanent position
- Working hours: 36 per week, Monday to Friday
- An enhanced DBS check is required
