We are recruiting for a permanent Social Workers in our Children's Safeguarding (Long Term) Teams, in Children’s Services.
Our Long Term Teams are looking for Social Workers to join them on a permanent basis.
About the teams: The teams are made up of Practice Assistants and Family Support Workers, ASYE Social Workers, and a fantastic team of Social and Senior Social Workers. The exceptional ATM's and supportive Team Managers lead the established and stable Long Term Teams.
At Wokingham, we are committed to our social workers having caseloads that give them time to focus on relationship based practice. To reflect this we are seeking experienced, permanent Social Workers who have a passion for working with and improving outcomes for children.
We are keen to hear from Senior Social Workers that are flexible, dynamic and willing to work with safe uncertainty, to achieve the best outcomes for our children. We welcome creative individuals who are keen to make a difference by finding supportive solutions for our most vulnerable children.

Our package:
- Salary: £42,839 - £49,282 per annum (plus additional £3k Market Supplement)
- Annual Leave: 30 days, rising to 35 days with 5 years continuous service
