About the team...
Our Community Team for People with Learning Disabilities (CTPLD) and Autism is a supportive and collaborative team built on compassion, inclusion and excellence.
We work closely together, sharing knowledge and encouraging one another to provide the best outcomes for the people we support. At Bracknell Forest, you will be valued as part of a team that looks out for each other, with regular supervision, quality training and opportunities to grow your skills and follow areas of interest.
Key responsibilities...
You will hold a case load of people with Learning Disabilities and Autism and will be required to fulfil statutory duties on behalf of the service. The post involves assessment, support planning and review, direct work with people who have a Learning Disability and or Autism as well as general case management duties.
You will be provided with a laptop and a mobile phone to enable remote working.

Salary range
