About the team
This is a unique and rewarding opportunity to support disabled children and young people with complex and lifelong needs, helping them and their families navigate challenges, access the right support, and achieve meaningful outcomes.

As part of our dedicated Disabled Children's Team, you'll build lasting relationships with children, young people and their families, undertaking assessments, developing tailored support plans, and coordinating services that promote independence, wellbeing and positive life opportunities.

What we're looking for
We're seeking enthusiastic, compassionate and committed social workers who want to make a tangible difference to the lives of disabled children and their families.

To be considered, you must:
  • Hold a recognised Social Work qualification
  • Be registered with Social Work England
  • Have compassion and an understanding of the needs of children and families
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge of relevant legislation, guidance and safeguarding practice
  • Be an effective communicator with strong relationship-building skills

  • Career progression salary range: £38,220 - £47,181
