Are you a skilled technical expert passionate about digital transformation? Castle Point Borough Council is seeking a Solutions, Technology and Integrations Manager to lead the technical architecture, systems integration, and solution design of our new Integrated Housing Management System (IHMS).
Key responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership in the implementation of the IHMS, ensuring robust, secure, and scalable architecture.
- Oversee infrastructure, interfaces, APIs, and data flows for seamless integration with the Council’s wider digital ecosystem.
- Direct technical configuration, cyber security controls, and supplier technical engagement.
- Ensure the IHMS functions as a complete, end-to-end solution supporting all housing operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to influence technical strategy and guarantee optimum system performance.
About you:
- Proven experience delivering technical architecture and system integration for digital platforms.
- Expertise in infrastructure, APIs, interfaces, data flows, and cyber security.
- Effective communicator able to translate technical requirements for diverse stakeholders.
- Track record of supplier engagement and managing technical risk within public sector or complex environments.
