Specialist admin support for vital services tackling domestic and sexual violence
As our Support Administrator, you’ll provide specialist administrative duties to support the Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC).
You’ll be managing urgent and routine enquiries, maintaining files and records of sexual violence and ensuring relevant managers are informed and aware.
You’ll coordinate meetings, provide notes and ensure all attendees have the information they need.
This is a rewarding and challenging role, where you’ll play a vital part in the crucial work carried out.
This role is being offered as part time 18 hours per week on a 2-year fixed term contract.
Some of the tasks you’ll be doing:
- Collating various statistics from various sources to prepare data to be presented to Leicestershire Police
- Update, share and maintain crisis working and volunteer team duty rotas
- Liaise with police, related professionals and partner agencies to receive information
The must haves include:
- Experience of working independently
- Secretarial/ Administrative experience, including minute taking, presparing presentations and drafting correspondence
- Working effectively in partnership with agencies within the sexual violence prevention area
