At Trindlemoss House, we provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. We are currently recruiting for Support Workers who share our values and commitment to empowering people to thrive. You will provide compassionate, respectful, and tailored support to individuals, helping them achieve their personal goals and aspirations. Working collaboratively with a skilled multidisciplinary team, you will deliver support that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

You will support individuals who may present with behaviours that are perceived as challenging, using trauma-informed and positive behaviour support approaches. You will champion inclusion, choice, and meaningful engagement in daily life and community activities, while contributing to care planning, risk assessments, and reviews, ensuring the voice of the person is central to all decisions. Trindlemoss House is a 24-hour service operating 365 days a year. As part of this role, you will be required to work a range of shifts, including early shifts, late shifts, weekends, public holidays and waking night shifts, ensuring continuity of support for the people we support at all times.
