Join North Kent College’s dynamic Apprenticeships & Work Placements team in a key role supporting the success of our T-Level students. We’re looking for a qualified, experienced, and passionate individual to coordinate industry placements and help shape the future careers of our learners in the role of T-Level Industry Placement Coordinator.

In this role, you’ll be involved in building and maintaining strong relationships with employers, students, and internal stakeholders including curriculum teams, careers advisors, and support services to ensure a smooth and rewarding placement experience for all.

You will take the lead on managing the entire T-Level industry placement process, from initial employer engagement to placement completion, while actively promoting North Kent College across a range of sectors.

Knowledge or experience in the Early Years or Construction sectors would be a significant advantage, as many of our T-Level learners specialise in these areas.

The Role:

Where you’ll work: This role is either based at the Dartford or Tonbridge campus, and the nature of the work will require travel to any of the College sites as required.

Your hours: 37 hours per week (Mon – Fri), 52 weeks per annum (1 FTE).

Your pay: £35,483 per annum

Salary range

  • £35,483 per year
