Working with key / senior stakeholders you will ensure an efficient, consistent and collaborative approach to recruitment.
The role will also support with the design and delivery of key strategic projects and there are some exciting and ambitious projects to get involved in. This is an excellent opportunity to balance day to day talent partnering whilst bringing innovative solutions to our offering.

Person specification
Whilst our day job is to deliver a first class recruitment service to our candidates and stakeholders, you will be used to problem solving and dealing with ambiguity in a positive and solution focussed way.
As an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner/ Senior Recruiter in either an in-house HR team or Recruitment Agency, you will be used to offering advice, guidance, challenge and innovative solutions to complex resourcing issues. Your continuous improvement approach to Talent Acquisition, particularly around time to hire, cost per hire and quality of hire will ensure a commercial approach whilst coaching hiring managers, particularly around workforce planning, recruitment policy and annual resourcing plans will play to your relationship building skills.
You will have experience delivering C-Suite or Senior Leadership recruitment campaigns, designing and leading these, ensuring both recruitment panels and candidates are guided and informed throughout. Previous experience of Managing an outsourced managed service provider would also be beneficial.
You will be comfortable leading and coaching members of an HR Team, providing advice and guidance on recruitment related matters to support HR activity. Building relationships with the wider HR team is key.
You will have a passion for diversity and inclusion and acting as a brand ambassador for the organisation with a particular focus on engaging passive talent and developing a strategic resourcing approach for hard to fill, niche roles.
Delivering on a mission as bold as ours isn’t always easy. You will be resilient and comfortable managing stakeholders at a senior level and your discussions will always be shaped by a good understanding of the commercial and operational impact of what we do as a Resourcing Team. You will enjoy working in an innovative, professional and engaging way and be able to negotiate and persuade.
As an experienced Talent Acquisition / Senior Recruitment Partner you will hold a degree / CIPD qualification or significant equivalent industry standard experience in in-house or Agency/ Executive Search Recruitment. Experience of working with an ATS and using data insights to inform outcomes is essential.
