    About the Role:

    As the Talent and Attraction Lead, you will head our recruitment team, ensuring a comprehensive and high-quality recruitment service to managers and staff in support of the Council’s People Plan. You will join us at an exciting time as we continue to mature our talent and attraction offer. This role involves working with stakeholders and partners to develop grassroots initiatives, community-based engagement, and talent pipelining.
