Our Vacancy

Join Us as a Talent Coordinator – Be the First Smile Our New Starters See!

Location: Westminster Bridge Road Office (Minimum 2 days per week)

Are you an organised and proactive administrator with a passion for recruitment? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? Are you a confident communicator who can liaise professionally with candidates, managers, and suppliers? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

We’re looking for a super-organised, customer-focused Talent Coordinator to join our Onboarding Team and help shape unforgettable first impressions for our new colleagues.

As the first point of contact for candidates, you’ll embody our values and ensure every new joiner feels supported, informed, and excited about their journey with us.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Coordinating the onboarding process – managing reference checks, Right to Work verification, DBS checks, and induction arrangements.
  • Creating offer letters and contracts – ensuring all relevant documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Providing a great candidate experience – keeping candidates informed and supported every step of the way.
  • Handling admin and finance tasks – raising POs and processing invoices in line with company procedures.
  • Maintaining trackers and systems – keeping everything running like clockwork.
  • Picking up the phone – being a friendly, helpful voice to candidates.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in recruitment administration (including recruitment software): You’re compliance-aware but always people-first. You use initiative and sound judgment to solve problems.
  • A highly organised approach: You manage shifting priorities in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment while staying calm and focused under pressure.
  • A confident communicator: You liaise professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners. You enjoy helping people and consistently reflect our core values.
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation: You understand how the law shapes a fair and compliant onboarding process, particularly around discrimination, immigration regulations, Right to Work checks, references, and DBS processing.
  • A collaborative team player: You know when to support and when to hold the line to maintain best practice.

Why Join Us?

When you join Peabody, you’re joining a team guided by our values – Be Kind, Do the Right Thing, Love New Ideas, Celebrate Diversity, Keep Our Promises, and Pull Together. We believe in creating a workplace where everyone feels supported, included, and empowered.

We offer:

  • 30 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Flexible benefits package – including healthcare, dental, and lifestyle discounts.
  • 4x life assurance.
  • Ongoing training and development, including qualifications and apprenticeships.
  • Two additional paid volunteering days each year.
  • Up to 10% matched pension contribution.

Important Information

  • You must have the right to work in the UK – we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
  • You must be able to work in the office at least two days per week.
  • As part of your application, we’ll ask you to answer a few questions to help us understand your suitability for the role, including one focused on our values so we can learn more about what matters to you and how you work.

If this sounds like the kind of meaningful work, you’d love to be part of, we’d love to hear from you. Please apply now by submitting an anonymised CV and a short statement explaining why you’re the perfect fit for this role

If you need to ask us anything else at all, feel free to drop an email to Talent Specialist Julie-Ann.O'Malley@peabody.org.uk

Interviews will be conducted via Teams on 23rd and 24th September.
