Talent Specialist
Are you passionate about finding exceptional talent and delivering inclusive, values-led recruitment experiences? We’re looking for a Talent Specialist to join our team and help us shape the future of recruitment across our organisation.
About the role
As a Talent Specialist, you’ll proactively source top talent through innovative and inclusive methods. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure every recruitment campaign results in a successful hire first time.
You’ll be working within a team, embedding our values into every interaction and helping us build a diverse, high-performing workforce.
We work in a hybrid way, with two days a week in our offices to connect and collaborate.
What you’ll be doing
As a Talent Specialist, you’ll lead end to end recruitment campaigns from briefing to offer, working in close partnership with hiring managers. You’ll design and deliver proactive sourcing strategies to engage high‑quality, hard to find talent. You’ll build strong relationships across the People team, coach stakeholders on inclusive hiring practices and manage recruitment activity through our ATS. You’ll support a diverse portfolio of roles, some high‑volume, others more niche, bringing a tailored approach to each.
From crafting compelling job adverts and maintaining talent pools to coordinating assessment centres and recruitment events, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless and positive candidate experience. You’ll also use recruitment insights to track performance and drive continuous improvement through data led decisions.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
- Extensive experience in internal recruitment and agency recruitment, with the ability to source across a variety of disciplines.
- Experience managing high volume workloads.
- Experience designing and delivering engaging, successful recruitment campaigns.
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and ability to report on recruitment metrics.
- Proven success using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Experience organising assessment centres or recruitment days.
- Solid organisational skills and the ability to support multiple campaigns, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- An excellent track record of candidate management
Our Assessment Process
Our fair, inclusive and transparent recruitment process includes an online assessment, a first stage video interview (9th & 10th February) and a final in-person interview with presentation (16th February) at our Westminster Bridge Road office.
