We are looking to recruit a highly motivated Teacher to join our specialist SEMH school, with the vision, passion and experience to enthuse all learners in the joy and mastery learning.
We are seeking an outstanding teacher who can bring creative and innovative ways of working with and engaging our learners, understanding how to overcome barriers, promoting a love of learning and having high aspirations for all pupils to excel. This role is a truly unique opportunity to play an integral part in shaping the learning throughout the school, with creativity and ambition. The successful candidate will work collaboratively to develop our curriculum, ensuring all pupils achieve the very best outcomes, preparing them for independence and success. The successful candidate will have a track record of high-quality teaching and an ability to adapt and support pupils to overcome barriers, enabling them to engage with and enjoy learning. They will also understand the importance of nurture and trauma-informed approaches to support the development of social, emotional and mental health needs and how to incorporate this into daily school life.
