Teacher with a Specialism in SEND

Job Introduction

The Black Country Federation is seeking an excellent and enthusiastic teacher with a specialism in SEND. The initial deployment is expected to be predominantly within our SETT provision at Brockmoor Primary School, working with pupils with complex and additional needs. As provision develops, the role may be deployed differently across the federation according to pupil need and school priorities.

The successful candidate will initially work with some of our most vulnerable pupils, leading high-quality teaching within SETT and helping us continue to shape ambitious SEND provision. We want someone who is energised by curriculum design, precise assessment and finding the right route into learning for individual pupils, with the flexibility to use that expertise wherever it can have greatest impact across BCF.
