Teacher Support Assistant/Lunchtime Supervisor (Ash Green Primary Academy)

We are looking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and reliable Teacher Support Assistant to support pupils throughout the school day. The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff to support learning activities, promote pupils' academic, social and emotional development, and help create a positive, safe and stimulating learning environment.

The role also includes supervising pupils during lunchtime, encouraging positive behaviour, supporting play and social interaction, and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children. Strong communication, literacy and numeracy skills, a flexible approach and a commitment to safeguarding and inclusion are essential.
