Haringey Learning Partnership (HLP) is Haringey’s alternative provision. Our aim is to help every pupil re-engage with learning and move on to a successful next step.

You will:

- Build trusting relationships with pupils and help them manage their emotions and behaviour

- Play an active part in keeping children safe
- You will need solid experience of working with young people with SEMH or behavioural needs, and a calm, consistent approach under pressure.
In return, we offer a supportive team, high-quality training and supervision, and the chance to see the difference you make every day.
