Castle Hill is a vibrant, creative school where the children are enthusiastic and happy learners. We are seeking to recruit a learning Support Assistant to work closely with children, some with additional needs.

Candidates need to:

• demonstrate a calm and relaxed manner.
• be able to communicate effectively with home.
• be a great team worker.
• be flexible and reliable.
• show good organisational skills.
• be consistent in expectations of behaviour.
• have GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) at a good pass.

The successful candidate will support children in class and across the school, some of whom have additional needs or an EHCP.

The above post will be subject to enhanced DBS checks, satisfactory references and will be exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
