What you'll do
We're looking for an organised, proactive and highly capable Team Coordinator to join our Information, Systems & Change (IS&C) directorate. This is a pivotal role at the heart of our Engineering & Platform team, providing essential coordination and executive support that enables the smooth running of our technology and systems functions.
Reporting to senior leaders within IS&C and providing executive assistant support to the Chief Technology Officer, you'll play a key role in ensuring effective planning, communication, reporting and governance across the directorate. Your work will directly support the reliability, efficiency and continuous improvement of our systems and services - helping us deliver better outcomes for colleagues and residents alike.

How you'll do it
You'll provide high-level coordination and administrative support across IS&C, ensuring that the team operates efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities include:
Provide logistical and administrative support for meetings and events, including organising venues/rooms, preparing materials, and taking accurate minutes.
Support the coordination and collation of responses to directorate-wide surveys.
Maintain and update key documentation such as the Business Continuity Plan and internal intranet content.
Create high-quality reports, spreadsheets, documents and presentations, ensuring information is clearly and creatively presented.
Maintain action logs across teams, proactively progressing actions to ensure timely completion.
Collate and produce weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports for functional areas.
Plan and manage your own workload effectively, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all relevant organisational and statutory policies, including health and safety and financial regulations.

Essential:
Proven experience in an administrative, coordination, or executive support role.
Strong customer service ethos and ability to build effective working relationships.
Advanced IT and systems skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience preparing reports, presentations and management information.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including minute-taking.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Salary range
- £37,720 - £41,911 per year
