Starting salary £30,756pa with progression to £34,011pa through annual increments subject to satisfactory service
37 hours per week (hybrid working)

Are you an experienced administrator with experience of providing high level administrative support to a team? If so, we’d love to hear from you.
We are embarking on a large decarbonisation programme to improve the energy efficiency of our lowest performing properties to meet government targets around EPC C and net zero, and this role plays an important part in supporting this programme.
In this role you will be providing a high quality, technical support service to the team. You will have management and strong leadership skills to motivate staff to deliver the highest quality service.
You must have an eye for detail, have excellent customer service skills and be a confident and effective communicator. You will be responsible for collating and compiling data from a range of sources, compiling KPI data and analysing results. You will also coordinate the completion of the statistical returns.
You will also be responsible for dealing with initial complaints from customers, carrying out investigations and responding to customer queries. You must be adept at switching priorities and delivering work to defined deadlines.
It goes without saying that you must be an experienced administrator and have experience of analysing data and dealing with customers. To be successful you will need an excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications and have exceptional time management skills.
The ability to converse with ease with other staff and members of the public and to provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for this post.
This role is hybrid, and you will be required to be in the office two days per week and as required for service provision, attend meetings, training, and events. You will need to attend the office more frequently during induction.
