You’ll be key in helping us deliver our work. In this role, you’ll:
- Support senior leaders: Manage diaries and Director’s mailbox, organise meetings, prepare materials, and act as a first point of contact for the Director/Deputy Chief Inspector and designated managers.
- Provide clear information: Create accurate notes, reports and action logs, presenting complex information in simple formats for a range of audiences.
- Keep things running smoothly: Prioritise competing tasks, work independently, and collaborate with other PAs and directorate teams to respond flexibly to changing needs.
Person specification
We will be looking for specific skills, knowledge and experience in your application form:
- Experience managing busy senior diaries - including prioritising demands, coordinating meetings and handling confidential information with care.
- Experience creating clear written outputs - such as notes, reports or briefings that turn detailed or complex information into simple, accessible formats.
- Strong organisational and digital skills - including using tools like Outlook, Word, Excel or PowerPoint to manage tasks, track actions and support a team.
